Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States and Canada, however, we are happy to provide a shipping quote for international orders. Please email sales@haustileco.com to discuss your project!
It is REALLY IMPORTANT to check out your order when it arrives and while the driver is there. If you notice dented boxes or rattling tile, make note of it on the shipping documents/BOL and contact us immediately so we can get you taken care of.
Any product sold or provided by Haustile shall be deemed accepted by buyer upon delivery. Claims for damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within three business days following delivery to the buyer. If the buyer requests expedited shipping, the cost difference shall be invoiced to the customer.
Our lead times are subject to change, but our tile is made to order and usually ships from the Haustile within 2 weeks. Also, match and custom orders require longer lead times. Please note, cancellations are not allowed once orders have been glazed.

Returns & Exchanges
Samples are strongly encouraged to ensure your expectations are met.
If you need to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of your purchase. Because we glaze our products on-demand we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns please reach out!
Defective claims must be communicated within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out. We want you to love your tile!
