How long is the lead time?
Due to our made-to-order process, lead times are subject to change. Please refer to the website banner for the most up-to-date lead time.
Do you require an order minimum?
We sell all of our tiles by the box. Whether your project is large or small, we’re ready to tackle it and get our hands dirty.
For orders 15,000 SF and above, call us for bulk pricing!
How many tiles should I order?
Measure your space to figure out your total square footage. If you are working with a tile installer, they should be able to calculate this for you. Once you have your number add 15% to cover cuts and scrap. It is much better to have a little attic stock rather than run out during your installation window.
Please note that there can be slight tonal variations from batch to batch, however, we dial our production in pretty tight to make sure each run blends well.
What if I didn't order enough tiles?
Fret not, we are making tiles every day and will gladly make you more. While there can be slight variations from batch to batch, we dial our production in pretty tight to make sure each run blends well.
Remember to order a minimum of 15% overage so you don’t have to wait.
Returns & Exchanges
SAMPLES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to ensure your expectations are met. If you need to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of your purchase.
Because we glaze our products on-demand, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns please reach out! Defective claims must be communicated within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out. We want you to love your tile!

Do you offer samples?
Yes! Samples are limited to 1 sample per design with a maximum of 8 samples total.

What if I want a custom design?
One of the benefits of having top-of-the-line technology is we can accommodate custom orders with ease! We love collaborating with clients of all sizes to realize their perfect tile.

Always inspect your tiles before they are installed, as installation constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the product. Any questions as to acceptability must be resolved prior to installation.
We recommend that our tiles be laid out prior to installation to allow for the blending of color range by an experienced craftsperson. Because the purchase of Haustile for your home or commercial project represents a significant investment, proper installation is critical.
To help ensure a successful installation, please follow the guidelines provided by the Tile Council of America.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. However, we are happy to provide a shipping quote for international orders. Please call or email us to discuss your project.
Breakage in Shipping
It is REALLY IMPORTANT to check out your order when it arrives and while the driver is there. If you notice dented boxes or rattling tile, make a note of it on the shipping documents/BOL and contact us immediately so we can get you taken care of.
Any product sold or provided by Haustile shall be deemed accepted by the buyer upon delivery. Claims for damage, shortage, or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within three business days following delivery to the buyer.
If the buyer requests expedited shipping, the cost difference shall be invoiced to the customer.
What grout should I use?
We recommend sanded grout and a 1/8" - 1/4” grout size. Grout from your local hardware store should work just fine.
Tip: Want colorful grout? Add grout pigment to a standard white base for fun colors and a cheaper alternative to rare premixed colorful grouts.
Continued Care & Cleaning Recommendations
Porcelain tile is a relatively maintenance-free product that requires little continuing care beyond regular cleaning. Most cleaning can be done with a damp cloth and a gentle non-acidic soap. More resistant staining such as calcium spotting and soap scum can be handled using specially designed cleaning products such as Miracle Sealants Mira Clean product. Other manufacturers such as Stone Tech also offer products specially formulated for ceramic tile care. Take care to avoid “over the counter” ceramic tile cleaners that contain phosphoric and glycolic acids that could etch some ceramic tile surfaces.

Do you have a warranty?
HAUSTILE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Haustile LLC warrants that manufactured products will be free from defect for a period of one-year from date of purchase. Defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to Haustile specifications as disclosed in product literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth in standard, national industry protocols. Haustile provides detailed information in its product literature regarding appropriate tile applications. Failure to comply with recommended applications voids this warranty.
THIS ONE-YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY EXTENDED AND REPLACES ANY STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW.
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Haustile provides detailed information in its product literature regarding appropriate tile applications. Failure to comply with recommended applications voids this warranty. There are no warranties extended beyond the description on the face hereof.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES LIMITED IN DURATION AND SCOPE
The Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act limits disclaimers of implied warranties involving consumer products. To the maximum extent allowable by federal and state law, this warranty supplements or supersedes federal and state consumer goods warranty protections. There are no warranties extended beyond the description on the face hereof.
ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS
All warranty claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any warranty claim within 30 days of defect discovery will void this warranty. All products must be inspected prior to installation. Installation of products with visual defects or nonconformities apparent prior to installation voids this warranty.
Customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse is not covered by this warranty. Installation defects are not covered by this warranty.
Tile is subject to variation in technical specifications, including DCOF, due to inherent variability in the raw materials and production process. Express technical specifications are not guarantees of minimum or maximum thresholds of performance. Tile containing abrasives create a rough surface, creating cleaning challenges because dirt and other contaminants lodge in the surface. Extra attention is necessary to assure contaminants are removed promptly. Unless specifically stated otherwise, tile recommended for floor or wall applications refers to interior applications only. Haustile does not recommend its products for use on ceilings or roofs, unless specifically disclosed as being suitable for ceilings or roofs in product literature. Local building codes may dictate minimum tile performance specifications. Haustile does not warrant product installations that violate building codes.
Photographic color images may not be an exact product match. Product samples are representative only and may not be an exact match to supplied materials due to variations in batch manufacturing. Supplied materials may have slight differences in color, shade, and/or surface appearance.
REMEDY LIMITATION & DISCLAIMER
If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the one-year period, Haustile will either refund the price of the product or provide a replacement product after a reasonable number of attempts to remedy product defects. Buyer's remedy is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product. No consequential (including, but not limited to, lost profits) or incidental damages are recoverable. Haustile disclaims all express warranties not contained in this limited express warranty.
No person has authority to make representations other than those in this writing. Any representations made in connection with the sale of this product that differs from the terms of this warranty are not valid and should be brought to the attention of Haustile immediately (877-933-4287).
LEGAL NOTICE: WARNING -- Tile and installation products contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, reproductive harm, respiratory harm or other health problems. For more product-specific information on chemical content, obtain an MSDS contact Haustile at 877-933-4287.
TO MAKE A CLAIM:
The original purchaser must notify a Haustile Sales Service Center or an authorized representative in writing within 30 days of the discovery of any defect.
After notification, Haustile or an authorized representative will inspect and/or test the product for defect and complete a Product Claim Action form. No claim will be honored without product inspection by Haustile or an authorized representative.
Upon determination that the product defect claim is valid, Haustile will notify the purchaser in writing. Haustile reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the originally-purchased product, at its sole discretion.

What are those requirements you ask? We’re looking for
- A valid membership to a major design organization (e.g. ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
- Business or Resale License Signed resale certificates are required for each state where you seek tax exemption (U.S. only)
